Role Overview
As a Service Desk Associate, you will serve as the first point of contact for users experiencing IT issues. Roles and Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for end-users reporting IT issues.
- Log, track, and resolve Service Desk tickets.

Eligibility Criteria
- 2025 & 2026 graduates from any 3-year full-time UG degree (B.Com, BCA, B.Sc, BA, BBA, B.Voc, BMS, etc.).
- Candidates pursuing full-time postgraduate courses are not eligible.
- Minimum 50% marks in X, XII, Diploma (if applicable), and UG.
- No standing arrears at the time of joining.
- Flexibility to work from any Cognizant office location and in rotational shifts.
