Role Overview
As a Service Desk Engineer, you will provide first-level (L1) technical support to international customers through voice-based support. You will resolve technical issues, manage service tickets, collaborate with internal teams, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining service level agreements (SLAs).

Eligibility Criteria
