Roles and Responsibilities
- Gather knowledge and develop skills in automobile operations comprising Production, Maintenance, Supply Chain Management, Quality, Manufacturing Planning, and automotive components and aggregate development.
- Build on the technical knowledge gained in academia through exposure to industrial work.
- Improve knowledge, skills, and attitude by understanding Manufacturing Planning Processes, Production Supervision, Maintenance Activities, Part Procurement, and Quality Management Systems.
- Develop understanding and implementation skills for problem-solving techniques.

Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Batches: 2024, 2025 & 2026 (Freshers Only).
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Automobile, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE), Civil Engineering, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum 50% marks in 10th, 12th, and Engineering.
- No Backlog / No ATKT.
- Maximum 2 years of educational gap.
- Candidates should not have signed an Apprenticeship Contract with any other company under NATS.
- Candidate should not have a UAN generated.
